Terms & Conditions
1. The Oricraft Import & Export ONLY supply to legitimate retailer & shop owner in Southern Africa that carry related products.
2. Minimum opening order: R1000, Minimum re-order: R500.
3. Once your order has been processed by Oricraft, you will be emailed an invoice for payment.
4. Please ensure that you pay by EFT for your order within 5 working days of receiving your invoice. Order will only be held for 5 working days.
5. All Prices are exclude VAT and are subject to change without prior notification.
6. Please Note: All payments must be made directly to our Bank Account.
7. All orders need to be paid in full before they will be released.
8. All freight costs will be added to your final invoice total.
9. Please indicate delivery - and note that it is the customer's responsibility to request insurance on freight.10. In case of damages/ shortages, kindly contact the office within 3 days of receipt of goods. Thereafter no credit will be passed.  We will not accept any unsold goods.
